Cancellation policy

Customers may cancel their order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at elamclothing@hotmail.com

If an order has already been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, customers may return the item in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

For orders that include made-to-order or personalised items, cancellation may not be possible once production has begun.

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests where an order has already entered fulfilment.
