Refund policy

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers within the UK and EU have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their item.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by email at elamclothing@hotmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Once cancellation has been confirmed, you will have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn and unused

• Have all original tags attached

• Be free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, or marks

• Be returned in original condition and packaging


Items that show signs of wear or do not meet these conditions may be refused.

 

We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund if the value of the item has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

3. Refunds

 

 

 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

 

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

 

 

4. Exchanges

 

We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

 

 

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the issue

We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Made-to-order or personalised items

• Items returned outside the cancellation period

• Items that show signs of wear or use

7. Return Address

Return instructions will be provided once your return request has been approved.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Important Note:
ELAM recommends that customers use a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
