Can I return my order?

As ELAM operates as an online business, customers within the UK and EU have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their item under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused and in original condition
  • All tags must remain attached
  • Items must not show signs of wear, perfume, makeup, or damage
  • The item must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused and sent back or store credit will be issued.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

There will be a restocking fee of 3.99. 

To initiate a return, please contact us at elamclothing@hotmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer size exchanges subject to stock availability.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receiving your item.
  • If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit valid for 6 months.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

We recommend consulting our size guide carefully before purchasing.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the issue

We will resolve the matter promptly.

How do I know which size to choose?

We have carefully curated a detailed size guide available on each product page.

If you are between sizes or need assistance, please contact us before placing your order. Our team will be happy to advise you.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, ELAM offers worldwide shipping.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by their country.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to process all orders within 5–7 working days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).

Shipping times vary by location:

  • UK: Up to 3-7 working days after dispatch
  • International: Up to 7–14 working days after dispatch

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

Do you offer discount codes?

Yes — new customers can receive 10% off their first order by subscribing to our email list.

Discount codes:

  • Cannot be combined
  • Cannot be applied retrospectively
  • Exclude limited releases unless stated otherwise
