1. Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing at:

You then have a further 7 days to return the item.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • Item must be unworn and unused
  • No perfume, makeup, deodorant, or marks
  • All original tags must remain attached
  • Item must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

We reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund if the value of the item has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

4. Exchanges

We offer size exchanges subject to availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit valid for 6 months.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the issue

We will resolve the issue promptly.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalised pieces
  • Items returned outside the cancellation period
  • Items showing signs of wear
