Refund And Exchange Policy
Here at Elam, we hold a high degree of standards when it comes to the quality and packaging of your order. Each item is quality controlled and checked for any faults prior to dispatch.
Refund
We do not offer refunds unless the product is faulty. In such an event, please contact us via the chat function on the website.
Exchange
Should the sizing be incorrect for you, we are happy to accommodate an exchange if the product is available in the required size. If it is unavailable, we will issue a credit note which can be used on any item within the store. Exchanges are offered within 14 days of receiving the item.
Disclaimer
All items must be returned in good condition and in the original packaging. Any items returned with damage caused by the customer or signs of being worn will be returned to the customer. All tags and labels must be intact.
Sale Items
Items purchased within a sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Shipping Charges
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot take responsibility for any items lost in the post; in such circumstances, exchanges cannot be issued.
It is advised that you keep the postal tracking number and ensure you have adequate insurance for your return package.
The processing time for your item will be up to approximately 14 working days. Due to postage delays this could occasionally take longer. please do not hesitate to contact us in such an event.
Free promotional items sent with your order must also be returned to ensure a smooth exchange.
Cancellation Policy
Your order may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchasing. Please contact via the chat function on the website with your full name, order number, and the item(s) you would like to cancel.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once the item has been shipped.
